Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Your order was cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery.
We failed to deliver your product on the committed date (excluding force majeure situations).
You received a damaged, wilted, or incorrect product, and you notify us within 2 hours of receiving the delivery with photographic proof.
Non-Refundable Situations
We will not offer refunds in the following cases:
The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
The recipient was unavailable to receive the order and delivery was attempted.
You requested cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Customized items unless damaged or incorrect.
Refund Method
All approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. We do not provide cash refunds.
Replacement Guarantee
